HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION TAKE?
Therapy sessions and wellness sessions are 50 or 90 minutes. Intake sessions are the very first sessions and usually take 60 minutes or more depending on the amount of historical information and presenting problem complexity
WHAT TYPE OF THERAPY DO YOU PROVIDE?
In terms of orientation, I operate from a humanistic-existential orientation, but I use a variety of integrated therapeutic techniques, approaches, and interventions. I meet my clients where they are and use the tools I feel are best for them. CBT, family systems, psychoanalytic, motivational interviewing are among the many approaches I use in therapy and wellness sessions.
DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
I currently do not take insurance. On a case-by-case basis, I offer discounted rates.
